Whats up People, It's me Larry Aka Quality control signing in again.

For some reason though I'm just on my super me shit. I realize that I'm so different from the people I interact with on a daily basis. I haven't really been feeling very exterior so I've been keeping to myself and just focusing on myself and school. I haven't seen my girl i a couple of days but I miss her. And, while I miss her, I haven't flt like hearing much of anything from anybody even her.

I've been on a laid back mellow flow that is far more exaggerated than my natural laid back demeanor. I just keep finding myself at the end of the day before I go to sleep just rolling a small J and listening to old records and enjoying the music............(I know, "who still smokes joints instead of blunts?", and "people under 40 still listen to records?)

It's just a strong record to me.

It's gotten so bad that I can't even watch basketball; my favorite past time beside actually playing. The only thing that's really done anything for me was the completion of one of my 3, 10 page term papers.

Today I even went as far as getting up at 5 this morning and sitting in the park and watching the sun rise. I live in Bedstuy Brooklyn, so you know i saw all kinds of crack heads but, It did something for me on a spiritual level that I can't fully explain. All I know is that everything will be OK

Today just seems to be one of those days where my insight is just calling to me. I'm a dude and I am very straight. The female body could possibly be the best thing god has ever created, but I have a grievance with the attire of a certain group of woman. You know who you are. Those woman that range between 17 and 28 that think leggings are adequate attire for everyday where. I'm sorry but it really doesn't look right me seeing everything you have in them. I like how they look from a male perspective but the thoughts I get when I see a young woman in them is never positive. By no means am i trying tohate but, what do you think males are looking at. NOT YOUR FACE!!!!!!!!!!

On another note the NBA season starts in 2 weeks. That's whats up.

For some reason when I'm not on the block chilling with my team or chilling with my girl I am glued to Internet video blogs or "vlogs".
The one i happen to watch the most is Joe Buddens. His girlfriend is the hottest girlfriend of any rapper out. Yes even Beyon'ce. His girl is Dominican and has the most appealing looking shape I have seen in a minute. You guys check it out and tell me what y'all think.

I know I been gone for a while but thats just me on my summertime shit. I'm in school all morning and getting money all afternoon.

Recently me and the mrs. just hopped over the one year mark and it's looking real picturesque.

I have had a few loses though during my time off.

It just so happens that alot of these people where or are apart of the online sneaker community know as niketalk. These blogs dont alwasy provide me with the biggest insight into the sneaker world but they do tell me about the people who encompass the sneaker culture. I added some of my favorite blogs to my blog roll and i think that more people should frequent them.
Most of the owners of these blogs call the dmv area home with life sais repping the new york city area. While all of these blogs are interesting, I take personal interest in one.
Samantha-marie could be one of the most interesting, eclectic, funny, artsy beautiful young ladies I have ever seen. She makes the odd sometimes nerdy things i like seem even more fun.
I've never meant her and I really have no desire to. The person she is on her blog is enough for me. But along with hers all the other blogs are equall crackkk!!!!

I've also been cleaning up my old boys and rocking them hard. Particulary my olympic sevens and bue low-top twos have been gettin mad burn. On some sneaker tip I haven't reall seen much that atracts me. The pipens are cool but i have enough black red and white sneakers. I was thinking about the gold flightposites but i dont think i want those more than the eggplants so imma wait and just cop both if i got the money.

Teenage Love affair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only things that ever changes is the day on the calendar. I been in spring break mode since Friday afternoon. I've been sleeping and playing basketball like no one's business. Since basketball has been my one true love since I could remember I tend to take it for granted sometimes. This summer I vow to give it the love it deserves. The only thing I hate about basketball is the venue that i play it in. The park is the place where most people got their first real taste of fun, love, competition, and altercations. As you get older these things change and evolve. Sometimes the last one creeps up to remind you that it's still there just as raw as it was when you where first introduced. I'm a no nonsense person with an allergy to tough talk. If we gonna fight then fight. After that lets continue the game and let it be that. Sometimes I don't always let my calm demeanor prevail, bet I never let my anger completely overtake me. Basketball is my one true love, and like any true love there is bad to go along with the good.

Hey readers it's Trynds here to give you just a piece. I decided to switch up and tell my readers some things about myself. I don't usually give people this kind of opportunity but I feel kinda extra today.

I was born in Brooklyn with roots in Harlem. I have 2 half brothers, a couple aunt's and uncles, two grandmother's and a grandfather. I currently live in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. I live with Both of my parent's, my Aunt and Cousin.

Now with the preliminary intro out of the way lets get to the nitty gritty.
I love Cerealwith the passion most peeple have for money. I own almost 75 pairs of sneakers but, I only wear about 25 of them. National Geographic is listed as my second favorite channel behind NBA T.V. while BET and Mtv are 58 and 59 respectively.( I have 59 favorite channels). I believe that my watch is more important in my outfit than my sneakers. I hate milk but drink it everyday. I'm the only person that i know who is allowed to draw and spray paint on my room walls. If i'm in my room then i'm in my underwear. I'm the only person I know with the goal of becoming a published novelist. I hate most conventional N*gga shows. my ipod has 1900 songs and the whole first season of WEEDS. In 2003 Cam'ron>>> Your Favorite artist. I often get confused with my career goals because people say I'm good at so many things. I watch cartoons because they aren't so pretentious. Cottage cheese is in my refrigerator because I asked for it. Juno could possibly be my favorite movie behind Friday. Lil Wayne isn't that nice, he's just that "HIGH". Memphis Bleek is the most underrated member of the old Rocafella. Jay-Z is my favorite rapper.(People that hate Jay-z only make me like him more. I really liked Lupe Fiasco till he walked past me in the Air Port and I looked clean over his head. I'd rather rock a plain t-shirt than pay $25 and up for a t-shirt that will only match one pair of my sneakers. As soon as I got the girl I really wanted all other girls became ugly. Beyonce' is UGLY.(just personal opinion). My girlfriend says I'm always right. I don't believe her. Maurie's are horrendous. I get over things extremely easy. As soon as playing video games became acceptable I stopped playing them. My girlfriend could possibly be the perfect mix between tomboy, sexy, and thick. I get jealous of those that get what i got first. My waves spin but I hate Du-rags so they never last. My girlfriend is my fetish. I hardly speak to my best Friend because we always handling business (Big ups Vincent a.k.a Pretty Black). I don't hate my ex's as much as I make it seem. I have feelings. I'm not sensitive. What's good my people's, It's Trynds a.K.a Quality Control and I wanna say that everybody that sits down and takes time out of their very importnat lives is officially apart of MY Grammy Family.
I never lie so I'm back two days in a row spewing my views and opinions in the only way I know how.

So other than my my normal school happenings evrything is everything. Today was hard on my senses though. Specifically my eyes and ears. The things I saw gave me 2 topics I have strong issues with.
Sneaker Culture and Hip-Hop.
The amount of bandwagon riding is rediculous in sneaker culture. Everybody rocks sneakers because the next person is doing it. People rocking sneakers because they know they will get you attention. Honestly I think sneaker culture is kind of Homo. Wearing your sneakers to impress another man is suspect. i truly believe that it's more about hype than actual love. I refuse to rant and rave about it because my one voice will not change a culture that has set into a self destructive manor on it's own.
Music is more of an issue for me than sneakers at this point. With quality Hip-Hop going un-noticed because of it's lack of snap ability, chanting, simplistic lyrical content and bullshit, I hate 2007-2008 Hip-Hop in every capacity. The younger generations general laziness in music selection is starting to demolish the aclaim hip-hop once had. With more veterans and experianced hip-hop heads struggleing to keep up with todays terms, they are creating music that is only a shell of their once great art. Dumbing down lyrics, making songs more catchy, and riding whatever current format that is popular. In my last stich effort I plea. The youth is corupt, void of thought or opinion. Producing your craft based on the current trend is cruel and unusual punishment to those that ran with you because of what you brought to the table as your individual self. Trends die, Quality doesn't.

C.R.E.A.M: Cash Rules Everyhting Around Me

This past week has been crazy and it seems like the world is get shaken up.
I was just beginning to go to sleep the other night at around midnight when my blackberry buzzed that annoying buzz saying that I had received a E-mail. How was I to know that that E-mail solitified all my loyalty and fanship. The Message read that my fellow Brooklynite and favorite rapper Jay-z a.k.a Jigga a.k.a Hova a.k.a HOV a.k.a Jigga Man a.k.a Iceberg Slim a.k.a Jay a.k.a S dot. a.k.a Shawn is in talks over a deal with live nation worth $150 million. This made Me wake up and reda the whole article. In my eyes and many die hard Jay-z this is his vendication. For everybody else it's just given another nigga alot of money to spit words that rhyme. The only thing that bothered me was that the next day in the newspaper there was an article with the head line stating that Jay's deal was excessive. This only bothered me because nobody flinched when live nation offered Madonna's old rinklely ass $120 million . Is it a black thing or is it a Rap thing. Either way I say shut up and let that man get money. In an age where Lebron James is offered $90 million dollars for a sneaker deal before he ever played his first basketball game; $150 million to someone that has been a tried and true sucess and has delivered on more than one occasion. Ya'll should be ashamed.

(P.S.) In other Jay-z news he supposedly got married to Ms. B late friday night at his tribecca loft. if so goodluck to that man, if not o well.

In another crazy deal that I just couldn't believe Los Angeles streetwear label "The Hundreds" was bought by super group LVMH. For those that don't know that stands for Louis Vuitton & Moet Hennesay. The deals is saying hundreds company will make out with $9 million in cash and $1.6 million in stocks of LVMH. They also get to relinquish their $32 million debt.

What's up everybody it's your boy Trynds delivering straight insight.

It's been a crazy week for me people. I had a midterm on Wednesday that was real basic and a real good look. Other than that I've been studying rigorously. I haven't had much time for anything and today truly isn't different. I have class on saturdays and everybody makes it seem like the worse thing in the world. Honestly i'm indifferent to it because I hardly notice anymore.

Tonight is the first friday where I dont wanna do anything. I just wanna sit back with a big bowl of trix and chill. (I'm tight about the trix though because they changed the shape so now it's just plain colored puffs). I been getting alot of mixed nostalgic moments recently. I remeber when everything was fun and original. I haven't seen any new sneakers that really spark my interest, alot of music is real generic, and t.v could possibly be more brain numbing than cocaine. atleast there's the internet. I can't watch cartoons because it seems like they dumb them down year after year, almost like their trying to imply that the general american public is stupid.

So today I was visiting the few sites that aren't all the same. I visited kidRobot site to see some of the evnts I unfortunately missed and came across their munny design contest. This could possibly be the craziest and most artistic event i've seen so far. Some of these pictures explain.

I been hella tired the past few days and I can't understand why. I also been real sensative about my age recently. I know it sounds funny but seriously, the next person that says I'm old cause I'm turning 20 in a few weeks is gonna get the ja-rule. Imma end they career. School is turning into more fun than burden and I'm really setting into my own little niche. I only hang out with people my age or older because these young cats are really a waste of sperm and nikes. They haven't really come into their own so they are pure swagger with no direction. They are so promising, they just need father fugures to guide them.

Basketball has been fun the past few days but, it's time for me to get back on my grafitti stride.

Kenna and N.3.R.D have had the ill monopoly on my ipod for the past week and I really feel like I abandoned Jay-z until this morning. I put Jay on this morning and it really reminded me why I enjoy my fellow brooklynite so much. That new song with mary J. called your welcome is crazy. with lines like "it's miss no more drama, and barack obama of rhymers, i feel honored" this song is really cementing his place in my mind as the one of the greatest.

i copped a couple items of the internet and I'm waiting for mr. postman to deliver. Other than that I'm normal. Imiss my girl and can't wait for my birthday. The same people that where crazy last week are still crazy today and then some.

First off, I copped that new King magazine and was highly disappointed with myself. The current issue is a dual cover Danity Kane and D. woods banger. It just so happend that Muhammed at the magazine stand handed me the wack cover. When I got home, I got on the ghetto circuit a.k.a myspace only to find that the Danity Kane version was wack in comparison to the strictly D. Woods cover.

• Other than that mishap I had a pretty good day.
• As school continues I get more social with my fellow classmates.
• I don't understand why people laugh when I'm dead sterious, but take me serious when I joke.

• Having alot of sneakers just makes it harder to get ready for school in the morning.

The three levels of addiction are conveyed with crazy imagedry and shorty in the video is really trippin on some crazy high shit.

This your boy Larry a.k.a Trynds reporting to you with the run down. I usually come with that infromation to give you insight into the inner workings of what's going on behind my eyes. Today is no exception. Im usually spittin about clothes, sneakers, or music. This is by no means what I am all about. With the world in the state it's in now I have bigger concerns than the state of music or fashion. If you didnt take the opportunity to get out and let your voice be heard in the primaries you are doing a big disservice to yourself and the country. I know it doesnt seem like it effects you or anyone in your hood but trust me it does.

My issue with this whole election thing isn't the number of people voting, it's who these people are voting for. I was never raised with the whole silver spoon, money is everything mentality. So it's no big coincidence that I rock with the democrats. That has never been the problem. The problem was really digging deep and choosing between two people who are no doubt a great improvement from the dude set to leave at the end of the year.

Hillary, Obama, Hillary, Obama...........which do I pick.

Do i pick someone who was married to one of the best presidents in my 20 years on this earth or, do I roll with the rookie. I can't blaitently say roll with Hillary because I wouldn't in all actuality be doing that. I would be rolling with her with the belief that she would be her operating the same way her husband did. That doesn't sit well with me. I can't run with her solely based on the fact that she's a woman either. That holds as much ground as voting for Obama just because he's black.

In all honesty I know that some of the things that both of these democratic candidates are pitching is farfetched and exagurated. But who would I rather hera it from? The person that has been somewhere behind the big show and knows that their lieing, or someone who is pitching hopes and ideas that they generally want to accomplish. I know who i voted for. I just want to know that the next 4 years will be based on thought not Bias .

Ok I know I haven't posted in a couples days (I know tsk tsk for my poor blog start). It's been a cool few days. My girlfriend came down for valentines day and cooked for me. She made me baked chicken and macaroni and cheese. It was krak a.k.a delicious. We spent our time together and I even got to to watch most of the all- star festivities with her. My eastern conference all-stars pulled out a beautiful win with ease. As a round up I'll list all the winners from all-star weekend.

• Me and my lady argue sometimes and then make up. (I love when we make up, I can't be mad at her for long.

I'm crazy salty about this one people because if you don't already know im a resident brooklynite and avid Jay-z listener. No "aye bay bay's" or "crank dat" around here. This might prove to be one of the best tours this year with only Kanye west's upcoming tour coming anywhere near this hype.
Some of the tour destinations are a little iffy though.

This is my first real venture into exposing the public to my views and opinions.
So to start of I'll give a quick tour of my life ......................

I'm 19 turning 20 in march.

I have a girlfriend that is slightly off her loop and I love her for that.
I don't really like too many people, because I can't deal with so many contrasting views and opinions.

I'm very honest and sometimes sarcastic so You can already assume I'm an asshole.

I love comedy,action, horror, and indie movies

My three passions are music, art, writing

I have a core group of friends and i very seldom add new people to my rotation

I'm very open because life is boring when you hide everything. I'm an open book

I scaled back but, I love sneaker culture (no im not one of the sutors in the surge of the sneaker culture) I been into jordans and nikes since my popps put me on them when i was 4

My 3 favorite music artist are jay-z, alicia keys, and trey songz

I am in college and waiting for it to be over.

I have an explosive temper with the utmost control

If I only had one leg I would still be one step ahead of most dudes (just playing)

If I'm rich or poor I'm good as long as I can have my girl, my ipod, and gingerale

Video games are fun but i dont play many

I think that im attracted to degeneartes, crazy chicks and freaks. (my girl is an exception to 1 and 3

I believe that sucess is beautiful but I'm happy without all the attention that's attached to it
